All orders will be shipped together once a week.
Please expect up to 5 business days of handling time.
Shipping method: Poste Italiane - Raccomandata Internazionale (Standard International Shipping incl. tracking).
Shipping cost: EUR 16,90 worldwide flat rate* (regardless of the number of items purchased).
*As of August 23, 2025 Poste Italiane does not accept shipments to the United States until further notice due to recent changes in tariffs.
Shipments to the US are therefore made via DHL Express, which has a cost of EUR 60,00 (this shipping method is automatically selected at checkout for all US customers).
To facilitate US customers, Synthsquare will cover one-fourth of this amount, hence the final shipping cost to the customer will be EUR 45,00 (regardless of the number of items purchased). Please note that this amount does NOT include import/customs duties and taxes.
Tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout.
All orders within the European Union are free of import/customs duties and taxes.
For all other international orders, import/customs duties and taxes are not included in the product price or the shipping costs. When you place your order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties or taxes charged by your country of destination. Unfortunately Synthsquare is unable to cover these costs for you. If you wish to receive more detailed information, please check with your national customs office before purchasing.
It is your responsibility to fill the correct shipping address and arrange collection of the parcel once dispatched. Orders rejected by recipient or returned-to-sender will be subject to re-delivery fees and brokerage fees. Refunds will not be granted.
